Confucius Centers – is an international cultural and educational network created by the Chinese State Chancellery for the dissemination of the Chinese language abroad.

The purpose of establishing the Confucius Center at the EE Gymnasium No. 18 in Minsk is to teach the Chinese language, hold cultural events, promote the popularization of the Chinese language and culture, familiarize students, undergraduates and staff of the academy with the centuries-old history, rich culture and traditions of the Middle Kingdom, and strengthen friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China.

Thanks to this summer camp, students have the opportunity to learn about the culture and science of China, as well as improve their level of Chinese. As a manifestation of the scientific and technical orientation of our Confucius Institute, the participants of the camp organized a visit to the Museum of Science and Technology of China, the Museum of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province, the Neusoft Technopark and the Computing Center. In addition, a lecture was organized on the history of the development of science and technology in China.
