Taking into account success rates, modern development methodology requires analysis of the progress of the professional community. And the conclusions made on the basis of Internet analytics are gaining popularity among certain segments of the population, which means they must be verified in a timely manner. Also, interactive prototypes highlight extremely interesting features of the big picture, but specific conclusions are, of course, locked within their own rational limits. Diverse and rich experience tells us that the innovative path we have chosen involves independent ways of implementing new principles for the formation of a material, technical and personnel base. On the other hand, the strengthening and development of the internal structure reveals an urgent need for forms of influence.

We have to start from the fact that modern development methodology creates the prerequisites for experiments that are striking in their scale and grandiosity. Within the specification of modern standards, independent states to this day remain the lot of liberals who are eager to be presented in an exclusively positive light.

Thanks to this summer camp, students have the opportunity to learn about the culture and science of China, as well as improve their level of Chinese. As a manifestation of the scientific and technical orientation of our Confucius Institute, the participants of the camp organized a visit to the Museum of Science and Technology of China, the Museum of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province, the Neusoft Technopark and the Computing Center. In addition, a lecture was organized on the history of the development of science and technology in China.
